Learning a Poi Waiata

Today Whaea Safron taught us E Rere Taku Poi Waiata.  It was not easy learning how to swing the poi and singing at the same time.  This is our first attempt.  We enjoyed learning this waiata.  By Class 19

Our Visit to the Life Education Caravan

We Went to the Life Education Caravan and saw Harold.  Lyn the teacher showed us Tam.  Tam taught us about how our bodies work inside.  We saw the heart, the lungs and the puku By AJ, Shania, and Zane.

Team 2 Spelling Bee

Flying our planes

To finish our inquiry unit on flight off we all made paper planes and had a big fly off out on the field.  It was great fun trying to make the planes fly over the goal posts.  By AJ

Certificates at Assembly

Last week at assembly Tyson and I both got certificates.  I got mine for being player of the day at netball.  Tyson got a Duffy certificate for his great "Michael Jackson" performance on stage.  By Jasmine and Tyson.
