Today we began training for the cross country run. As it is so muddy out on the field team one stuck to the hard court area for their run. The children had an older runner as the leader so they would know how to follow leader around a course. They warmed up, ran the course then warmed down following instructions and doing their best. Well done team one.

Well done Room 16, you have been training really hard to get ready for the Cross country in Week 5! Don't forget to do your cool down exercises to help your muscles feel better.
