At the end of the term, Team one often makes hats to wear to the last assembly of the term. This term we have been studying bees and learning how to programme Bee Bots so we made some Bee Bot hats. Here are Sabian and Leakona wearing their hats.

This week Titan and Leokona received certificates at our team meeting. Titan has used his imagination making many different creative items with the Stickle Bricks. He has been quietly creating, thinking through his designs and adapting them when necessary. It is great to use your imagination Titan. And Leokona has been hard at work too. He has been reading each night at home and so when it came to his reading test he knew many of the words. Ka pai, Leakona.

It is a way of sharing your connections with the people and places that are important to you. Here is a movie of Whaea Maryann helping Leakona to say the beginning of his pepeha. Ka pai Leakona.
