Room 16 visits Harold

Room 16 went to visit Harold recently.  We learnt about where our food comes from and after visiting Harold we had a look in our lunchboxes to see if we are eating mostly healthy food from the ground.  We were able to identify the different groups of food.  When we eat a balanced diet we have lots of energy to learn and play.
