AJ's Picture

AJ had been reading a book about Chug the tractor and his reading activity asked for him to draw a picture of Chug.  AJ did such a good job of his picture I took a picture of it for the blog.  Well done AJ.  I like the details on the front of the tractor.

Looking at Coding

We have been having fun learning about directions and looking at coding by playing some simple coding games about getting a bee to the hive and avoiding things that are harmful to them.  We also played a game with pirates.  The children have enjoyed thinking about moving on a grid and they have been helping each other get the directions correct.

"What is this for?"  Isabella guessed it was like a map.  Good thinking Isabella

AJ brought his favourite book to school to share with the class.  We enjoyed reading about Terrance who showed Thomas that even if he was different than Thomas they could still be friends.  Thank you AJ for sharing your favourite book.
