Sheep's Wool

Sheep's wool feels soft and warm.  It can keep us warm in winter when it is made into warm woolly jumpers.  By Damien.

Feeding Sheep

I like feeding sheep at Ambury Farm.  My hand felt warm when the sheep ate the sheep food out of my hand. By Delijah

Mr Big

Mr Big sure was big and jumpy.  He is a white goat at Ambury Farm.  He was hungry and I fed him special goat food from my hand.  I held my hand like a bowl. By Zane

How Do Cows Scratch an Itch?

When we went to Ambury Farm we met Marmalade, an orange coloured cow.  Marmalade had an itch and she scratched her neck on the fence.  She couldn't use her hoof to scratch so she used a handy rock in the fence.  I wouldn't like to scratch on a rock - it's too hard!  By Shania.

Samoan Dancing

On Fiafia night we got dressed up in our Samoan costumes.  We had to wait patiently until it was time to go on stage.  I was excited but I was also scared.  Would I remember all the right steps?  Once I was up on the stage with my group it was fun.  We smiled at our families and danced the best we have danced. Dancing for our Families

I am getting ready for Fiafia night. We had to wear a special costume - not our school uniform.  I was dancing in the Samoan group.  I like dancing on the stage.  You can see all the people watching.  By Anna.

Waiting Our Turn

I am all dressed up for the Samoan dancing on Fiafia night.  I felt nervous about going on the stage to dance for my mum but it was really good fun.  By Silafaga.
