Today, as well as our Team Google Meet, we also had a Class Meet for Rooms 13 and 15 so we could show our teachers the work we had been doing and chat with each other. It was good to see Alexis, Athena, AJ, Leylah, and Mrs Forbes at the Meet. We love seeing all your work and hearing what you have been doing.
Alexis has done some home learning and has baked some tasty treats. It is alright to have some tasty treats sometimes and during lockdown is a great time to do baking. Did you help Mum measure out the ingredients, Alexis? Did you know that when you measure out ingredients you are doing Maths? What a fun way to do Maths!
AJ has already started on today's work, practicing his writing and thinking of words that begin with "a". Good to see you at the meet AJ and to see you are keeping up your learning.
Great job Dothan for continuing to learn from home with your reading. I like all the craft activities you and Joelle are doing. Perhaps when we get back to school you can show us all how to do some of these lovely craft activities.

On today's learning there was the story about Clark the Shark and some instructions about how to make a paper shark. AJ followed the instructions and made a fierce looking shark.
Dothan has been busy making slime today. I wonder what ingredients she used to make the slime? Can you look at the pictures to work out what you would need to make slime? Perhaps Dothan can let us know her recipe.
