"Once upon a time the Three Billy Goats Gruff wanted to go and eat the sweet grass on the other side of the bridge. But the problem was there was a troll under the bridge and he liked to eat goats. The goats thought of a plan. The big Billy Goat was going to knock the mean troll off the bridge and into the water. The Goats would be able to eat the sweet grass on the other side of the river." Celebrating Together
We had a great day celebrating all our learning together at Prize Giving. It is so hard having to just choose two awards for each class when everyone has been working hard.

Looking at Coding
We have been having fun learning about directions and looking at coding by playing some simple coding games about getting a bee to the hive and avoiding things that are harmful to them. We also played a game with pirates. The children have enjoyed thinking about moving on a grid and they have been helping each other get the directions correct.

"What is this for?" Isabella guessed it was like a map. Good thinking Isabella |
